Self portraits are an example of how you see yourself, how you feel others depict you and how you personally express yourself. Artists do this through color, lines, rhythm. Some artists choose to use words in their self portraits incorporating their writing into their portraits. If I was to draw out or paint a self portrait I'd incorporate lots of vibrant colors, thick lines, and no negative space. I'd also somehow incorporate animals into my portrait because I spend lots of my free time taking care of my pets.
The examples you chose to represent self portraits are great! I also liked how you explained what a self portait is and how you would make your self portait. Great blog post!
